Fabulous Favs!

I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday! The New Year is approaching so quickly, unbelievable  Anyway, I decided to share some of my new favorites.

Im always talking about loafers, so I finally purchased a awesome pair of leopard loafers. They are Steve Madden and were only $25.00 from Marshalls! Even though I hate the way most Steve Madden Shoes fit.. these were not too bad especially for the price.

I love these because they can be paired with so much, and add so much fun and flair to any outfit.

My second fav/ obsession is my new Cynthia Rowley bag. This is my new everything bag, its the PERFECT size for me.  Its simple, and classic but it's such a great bag and of course it's from TJ Maxx (are you noticing a pattern herre?)

Last but CERTAINLY not least, my favorite gift of all... Michael t Kors Bradshaw Watch. I have been day dreaming over this watch for eternity! I'll let the watch speak for its self.

Enjoy the rest of 2012!

10 Days of Fashion - Stretch Your Shoes!

Day 3 -

Okay, so what happens when you REALLY want a shoe.. finally get it and they are too tight?! Return them for a bigger size right? With these holiday sales.. there wont be another size. So, heres to AWESOME solutions to stretching your shoes.  That reaally work!

This way is quick and works but in my opinion the second way is more effective..

  1. Put on socks  and slip on your shoes.
  2. Aim the hairdryer on the tight section for a few seconds (wiggle and stretch your feet inside the shoe for maximum benefit).
  3. Keep the shoes on while they cool.
  4. Remove the socks and test out shoes.
  5. It should be stretched out, but if you need more room, then repeat the process.

  1. Take your zip top bag and fill a quarter of the way up with water.
  2. Put the bags into the toes of the shoes.
  3. Then place in the freezer.
  4. Now we wait. It can take at least five or six hours for the water to freeze solid. What's happening is as the water freezes, the ice expands and gently stretches the shoe. Your results will depend on what your shoes are made of. If you have a real leather shoe, one time will do it for you. Other shoes might need more than one stretch.
  5. let the ice thaw before you remove the bag from the shoe. You don't want to damage the shoe removing the ice. Let it thaw a little so it will slide gently out.

10 Days of Fashion - Ombre Tights

Day 8 -

Since its getting a little chilly outside, its time to throw on a pair of tights. But, who says tights cant be fun? I recently came across a pair of ombre tights and became in love with them, so of course I had to put them in my 10 days of fashion. They are fantastic for fall and winter. These tights can be purchased at stores such as Anthropologie,  American Eagle, Etsy, ect. But I also found a DIY tutorial where you can make your own ombre tights, I'm actually looking forward to trying it out!
